"WALK-INS" without Pre-ADVANCE Registration

•  WALK-INS are WELCOME!  While pre-Advance Reservations are strongly encouraged, you are able to attend NE Advance meetings without pre-Registration and without Meals reservations.  

• Upon Arrival,  please CHECK-IN at the REGISTRATION TABLE located in the Youth Center Building.

• MEALS can be purchased onsite when checking-in at the Advance Registration Table  located  in the Youth Center Building. 

•  "FIRST-TIMER"  WALK-INS  are eligible for a 25% Discount on purchased personal MEALS.   

• To be assured of onsite LODGING, your Reservation by mail or online must be received by the Advance on or before the Saturday, April 11, 202 6 Deadline.  For Lodging questions, call or text John Fay at 781- 475 - 4215. 

• A  $7.50 per person daily WALK-IN Registration Fee  is required  for attendees without pre-event Registration, Meals or Lodging.  The Advance is required to pay this $7.50 Fee to Alton Bay CCC.  

•  For "FIRST-TIMER" WALK-INS, the $7.50 daily Registration Fee is FULLY  WAIVED.   In this case, the $7.50 Daily Fee is paid by the Advance to Alton Bay CCC.

                                         LODGING without a pre-Advance Reservation

• Onsite LODGING without a pre-Advance reservation is generally NOT available for Walk-Ins.  However,  upon arrival you can inquire about possible available lodging at the Advance Registration Table located in the Youth Center Building.   If onsite lodging is possible, we will do our best to accommodate you.   

• Offsite LODGING:  There are a number of hotels,  motels, and even some private room / home rental opportunities located within a short drive from the  Alton Bay Christian Conference Center. These entities  might  might be considered for offsite overnight Lodging. Booking.com is a good online resource to explore.

                                 MEALS Available without pre-Advance Reservations   

• Meal Tickets can be purchased onsite by WALK-INS at the Advance Registration Table located in the Youth Center Building. Onsite purchases of MEAL tickets should promptly  be made (at time of your arrival) at the check-in Registration Table in the "Youth Center." 

• Pre-purchased, MEAL-specific Tickets are required for each meal. Tickets  are collected before each meal at the entrance door to the Dining Hall.

• All MEALS are "home cooked" and are served "family style."

• BREAKFAST @ $9.00 ea.  /  LUNCH @ $11.00 ea. /  DINNER @ $15.00 ea.
